These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for use of the service provided by boobook (the "Service").
Users are required to review these Terms before using the Service.
By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to all conditions of these Terms.

The Service may be used by those who meet the following conditions:
- Those who agree to and can comply with these Terms
- Those who are 16 years of age or older (or the legal age in their country of residence)

Parents or guardians shall bear full responsibility for the use of the Service by minors.

Users have the following obligations:

- Properly manage authentication information such as passwords and not disclose them to third parties
- Bear full responsibility for any damages arising from leakage, loss, etc. of authentication information
- Report any unauthorized use of accounts to us immediately upon discovery

If any of these acts are confirmed, we may suspend or delete users' accounts without prior notice.

The copyright of content posted by users to the Service (reading records, notes, etc.) belongs to the users.
However, users grant us the right to use posted content free of charge for the provision, operation, and improvement of the Service, and for other purposes deemed necessary by us.

Intellectual property rights relating to the Service itself belong to us or legitimate rights holders.

We make no guarantees whatsoever regarding the quality, availability, completeness, safety, etc. of the Service.
We assume no responsibility for the following:
- System interruptions, errors, failures, etc.
- Loss or corruption of user data
- Damages incurred by users or third parties
- Disputes with third parties
- All other damages arising in connection with the use of the Service

Users assume all risks related to the use of the Service at their own expense.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be suitable for users' specific purposes.

If a user violates these Terms and causes damage to us, the user shall compensate us for all damages incurred (including attorney fees).
